Jeho prvotn\u00e1 po\u017eiadavka bola doplnenie \u010fal\u0161\u00edch meran\u00ed do aktu\u00e1lne nastaven\u00e9ho GTM kontajnera.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ke\u010f\u017ee sa na probl\u00e9my klienta pozer\u00e1me komplexnej\u0161ie, uvedomovali sme si, \u017ee je nutn\u00e1 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ia zmena. Pred prv\u00fdm stretnut\u00edm sme sa <\/span><b>d\u00f4kladne pripravili a zistili si \u010do najviac inform\u00e1ci\u00ed<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, aby sme spr\u00e1vne pochopili jeho biznisov\u00fd kontext a \u010do s\u00fa najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie v\u00fdzvy v danej oblasti.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Ako prebiehala komunik\u00e1cia s klientom<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U\u017e z prvotnej komunik\u00e1cie sme videli, \u017ee re\u00e1lna ot\u00e1zka je in\u00e1, a probl\u00e9m, ktor\u00fd chce vyrie\u0161i\u0165, m\u00e1 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu h\u013abku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u017edy sa sna\u017e\u00edme o to, aby sme pochopili, \u010do klient potrebuje, aj ke\u010f to s\u00e1m\u00a0 nevie. \u010castokr\u00e1t je to sp\u00f4soben\u00e9 komplexnos\u0165ou probl\u00e9mu a na\u0161eho odvetvia, aj ke\u010f na prv\u00fd poh\u013ead to tak nemus\u00ed vyzera\u0165.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na to, aby sme sa mohli dosta\u0165 ku podstate, sme sa potrebovali<\/span><b> p\u00fdta\u0165 spr\u00e1vne ot\u00e1zky<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a <\/span><b>nenecha\u0165 sa odbi\u0165<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pr\u00edli\u0161 v\u0161eobecn\u00fdmi alebo zamietav\u00fdmi odpove\u010fami.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pr\u00edklady ot\u00e1zok, ktor\u00e9 n\u00e1m pom\u00e1haj\u00fa:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ak\u00fd probl\u00e9m sa sna\u017e\u00edte vyrie\u0161i\u0165?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ste spokojn\u00ed s aktu\u00e1lnou \u0161trukt\u00farou?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je toto rie\u0161enie udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e9 v bud\u00facnosti?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e1te predpoklad expanzie na \u010fal\u0161ie trhy\/krajiny?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Pri p\u00fdtan\u00ed sa v\u017edy dr\u017e\u00edme nieko\u013ek\u00fdch z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch princ\u00edpov<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">70 % po\u010d\u00favame\/ 30 % hovor\u00edme,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">kladieme otvoren\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky (nie \u00e1no\/nie ot\u00e1zky),<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">prer\u00e1mcovanie odpovede &#8211; aby sme si overili, \u010di sme spr\u00e1vne pochopili, \u010do klient chce, op\u00fdtame sa ho to ist\u00e9, \u010do n\u00e1m povedal, len in\u00fdmi slovami.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Prer\u00e1mcovanie <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">m\u00f4\u017ee vyzera\u0165 napr\u00edklad takto &#8211; <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rozumieme spr\u00e1vne, \u017ee by ste potrebovali doplni\u0165 merania tak, aby pri o\u010dak\u00e1vanej expanzii do \u010fal\u0161\u00edch kraj\u00edn, bola implement\u00e1cia viac \u0161tandardizovan\u00e1?<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Klientovi sme <\/span><b>navrhli<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u017ee spolu s n\u00edm vypracujeme nov\u00fa logiku meran\u00ed a <\/span><b>uprav\u00edme cel\u00fa \u0161trukt\u00faru GTM<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tak, aby to bolo v bud\u00facnosti udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e9 a \u013eahko spravovate\u013en\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Klient sa samozrejme, <\/span><b>dr\u017eal svojho star\u00e9ho presved\u010denia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u017ee oby\u010dajn\u00e9 doplnenie meran\u00ed pre nov\u00fa str\u00e1nku mu bude sta\u010di\u0165. Jednak sa ob\u00e1val zmeny v zau\u017e\u00edvanom syst\u00e9me, ako aj dodato\u010dn\u00fdch n\u00e1kladov.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prvotn\u00e9 odmietnutie sme o\u010dak\u00e1vali. Ale boli sme pripraven\u00ed \u010falej komunikova\u0165. Nadviazali sme na prv\u00fa n\u00e1mietku &#8211; \u017ee to bude pr\u00edli\u0161 komplikovan\u00e9:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ch\u00e1peme, \u017ee sa ob\u00e1vate zmeny. Pokia\u013e by ste sa v\u0161ak rozhodli pre \u00fapravu celej \u0161trukt\u00fary, malo by to pozit\u00edvny dopad na r\u00fdchlos\u0165 webov\u00fdch str\u00e1nok, ich ranking a t\u00fdm p\u00e1dom by sa \u0161etrili n\u00e1klady na reklamy. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 by bola ka\u017ed\u00e1 \u010fal\u0161ia implement\u00e1cia jednoduch\u0161ia &#8211; \u010do op\u00e4\u0165 \u0161etr\u00ed peniaze.\u00a0 :\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ve\u013emi radi v\u00e1m s t\u00fdm pom\u00f4\u017eeme, akoko\u013evek sa rozhodnete, len sme chceli, aby ste mali dostatok inform\u00e1cii.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Druh\u00fa n\u00e1mietku oh\u013eadom strachu zo zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdch n\u00e1kladov sme komunikovali v podobnom duchu:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">uznanie, \u017ee sme klienta po\u010duli,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">prer\u00e1mcovanie strachu tak, aby sme mu uk\u00e1zali in\u00fa perspekt\u00edvu alebo pon\u00fakli alternat\u00edvu,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ot\u00e1zka\/akcia na z\u00e1ver, aby sme sa dohodli na \u010fal\u0161\u00edch krokoch.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Klient si nakoniec po d\u00f4kladnom zv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed vybral t\u00fa zlo\u017eitej\u0161iu cestu, ale v kone\u010dnom d\u00f4sledku mu to prinesie zjednodu\u0161enie\u00a0 a ve\u013ek\u00fa \u00fasporu \u010dasu a finan\u010dn\u00fdch prostriedkov.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ako sme konkr\u00e9tne postupovali pri zmene \u0161trukt\u00fary, si povieme teraz.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Nov\u00e1 implement\u00e1cia a vylep\u0161en\u00e1 \u0161trukt\u00fara<\/h2>\n<p>Z\u00e1kladom bolo prejdenie zo zastaral\u00e9ho Universal Analytics, ktor\u00fd akur\u00e1t kon\u010dil <strong>na n\u00e1\u0161 Google Analytics 4 \u0161tandard.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdm krokom bolo pre n\u00e1s aj <strong>zjednotenie jazyka<\/strong> pre n\u00e1zvy eventov, parametrov at\u010f. Predt\u00fdm mal ka\u017ed\u00fd web v\u0161etko vo svojom vlastnom jazyku, \u010do sp\u00f4sobovalo zm\u00e4tok. Vybrali sme preto jeden jazyk pre v\u0161etk\u00fdch &#8211; angli\u010dtinu.<\/p>\n<p>Nasledovalo kompletn\u00e9 prerobenie <strong>\u0161trukt\u00fary GTM, udalost\u00ed, vlastn\u00fdch parametrov<\/strong> a v\u0161etk\u00e9ho \u010do k tomu patr\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Vytvoril sa \u00faplne <strong>nov\u00fd implementa\u010dn\u00fd dokument<\/strong> pre developerov s d\u00f4kladne premyslen\u00fdm namingom (naz\u00fdvan\u00edm) eventov, sp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a\u010dov (triggerov) a vlastn\u00fdch dimenzi\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3>Vytvorenie modulov<\/h3>\n<p>Moduly sa vytv\u00e1rali pod\u013ea po\u017eiadaviek klienta &#8211; pre ka\u017ed\u00fd logick\u00fd celok je vytvoren\u00fd samostatn\u00fd modul.<\/p>\n<p>Pre GA4 merania sme vytvorili 3 moduly:<\/p>\n<p>&#x1f449; <strong>basic tracking<\/strong> &#8211; z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 meranie (kliky, errory,..), nastavenia, consent a podobne<br \/>\n&#x1f449;<strong>\u00a0jobcore<\/strong> &#8211; trackovanie interakci\u00ed s pracovn\u00fdmi ponukami pomocou ecommerce eventov<br \/>\n&#x1f449; <strong>advanced tracking<\/strong> &#8211; custom merania klienta (blog, menu, custom prvky)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pre marketingov\u00e9 platformy s\u00fa vytvoren\u00e9 samostatn\u00e9 moduly<\/strong> (modul pre FB, modul pre GAds, at\u010f.).<\/p>\n<p>Rozdelenie v\u0161eobecn\u00e9ho kontajnera na samostatn\u00e9, \u010do zna\u010dka (str\u00e1nka) to samostatn\u00fd GTM kontajner.<\/p>\n<p>V\u0161etky str\u00e1nky\/zna\u010dky pracuj\u00fa s rovnak\u00fdmi developermi a teda k\u00f3d str\u00e1nky je v z\u00e1klade rovnak\u00fd. Preto sa vedia moduly pohodlne nastavova\u0165 pre ka\u017ed\u00fa str\u00e1nku. Ka\u017ed\u00e9 GTM pre str\u00e1nku obsahuje len to, \u010do je pre dan\u00fa str\u00e1nku relevantn\u00e9.<\/h5>\n<h2>V\u00fdhody<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Ve\u013emi r\u00fdchle nasadanie meran\u00ed pre nov\u00fa zna\u010dku (str\u00e1nku) ako predt\u00fdm<\/strong> t.z. \u017ee sa mas\u00edvne \u0161etr\u00ed budget. S\u00edce po\u010diato\u010dn\u00e1 invest\u00edcia na pr\u00edpravu a implement\u00e1ciu tohto syst\u00e9mu bola vy\u0161\u0161ia, vynahradzuje sa to pri ka\u017edej novej implement\u00e1cii.
