Dohromady sa ho z\u00fa\u010dast\u0148uje 17 \u0161tudentov, z toho 5 Slov\u00e1kov. Ak\u00e9 s\u00fa ich dojmy z prv\u00e9ho t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a?<\/b><\/p>\n<h2>Ako funguje akad\u00e9mia?<\/h2>\n<p>O fungovan\u00ed akad\u00e9mie sa viac dozviete v \u010dl\u00e1nku Luk\u00e1\u0161a, jedn\u00e9ho z \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov akad\u00e9mie, ktor\u00fd sa \u010doskoro objav\u00ed na na\u0161om blogu. V skratke ide o medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fd projekt, ktor\u00e9ho \u00falohou je po\u010das troch mesiacov nau\u010di\u0165 vybran\u00fdch uch\u00e1dza\u010dov \u010do najviac inform\u00e1ci\u00ed o webovej analytike.<\/p>\n<p>Po troch mesiacoch sa vr\u00e1tia do svojich matersk\u00fdch agent\u00far a za\u010dn\u00fa z\u00edskava\u0165 prax na re\u00e1lnych projektoch. Na\u0161a slovensk\u00e1 skupina bude p\u00f4sobi\u0165 pod zna\u010dkou DASE (Digital Analytics Support Europe). Tvoria ju t\u00edto \u013eudia: Veronika, Luk\u00e1\u0161, Majo, Tom\u00e1\u0161 a Peter.<\/p>\n<h2>Ak\u00fd je pl\u00e1n?<\/h2>\n<p>Pl\u00e1n akad\u00e9mie je pomerne jednoduch\u00fd. Miesto, v ktorom sa konaj\u00fa predn\u00e1\u0161ky, sa preto obmie\u0148a.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160tudenti tak okrem z\u00edskan\u00fdch inform\u00e1ci\u00ed maj\u00fa \u0161ancu spozna\u0165 mest\u00e1, ako Leiden a Amsterdam v Holandsku, Kol\u00edn v Nemecku, Par\u00ed\u017e vo Franc\u00fazsku a, samozrejme, aj Bratislavu. V ka\u017edom meste str\u00e1via t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148, vr\u00e1tia sa domov a po dvoch t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148och cestuj\u00fa do in\u00e9ho mesta. Takto sa postupne prestriedaj\u00fa v\u0161etky agent\u00fary.<\/p>\n<h2>Ak\u00fd bol \u00favodn\u00fd t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148?<\/h2>\n<p>Za sebou u\u017e m\u00e1me prv\u00fd predn\u00e1\u0161kov\u00fd t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148. Konal sa v holandskom meste Leiden, ktor\u00e9 je s\u00eddlom agent\u00fary MaxLead. Taktie\u017e som o\u010dak\u00e1val, \u017ee sa \u013eudia z r\u00f4znych agent\u00far lep\u0161ie spoznaj\u00fa a \u017ee vytvoria jeden kolekt\u00edv, ktor\u00fd dok\u00e1\u017ee spolupracova\u0165 aj po n\u00e1vrate do svojich \u201edomovsk\u00fdch\u201c agent\u00far.\u201d<\/li>\n<li><strong>Veronika:<\/strong> \u201eNemala som nijako vyhranen\u00e9 o\u010dak\u00e1vania, bola som sk\u00f4r zvedav\u00e1. \u010co budeme robi\u0165, ak\u00e9 to tam bude, ako bud\u00fa vyzera\u0165 workshopy alebo predn\u00e1\u0161ky, ak\u00ed bud\u00fa \u013eudia, \u010di si budeme rozumie\u0165 (v jazyku aj osobnostne). :)\u201d<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mayo:<\/strong> \u201eMoje o\u010dak\u00e1vania boli spojen\u00e9 hlavne s t\u00fdm, ak\u00e1 skupina sa tam stretne a \u017ee tam bud\u00fa \u013eudia, ktor\u00fdch digit\u00e1lna analytika bav\u00ed. Takisto som bol zvedav\u00fd, ako to bude v\u0161etko v angli\u010dtine prebieha\u0165 a ak\u00e1 bude komunik\u00e1cia medzi \u013eu\u010fmi.\u201d<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tom\u00e1\u0161:<\/strong> \u201eZozn\u00e1menie sa s \u013eu\u010fmi, s akad\u00e9miou, \u0161koleniami a podobne.\u201d<\/li>\n<li><strong>Luk\u00e1\u0161:<\/strong> \u201eZa\u010diatok skvel\u00e9ho projektu s \u013eu\u010fmi, ktor\u00ed s\u00fa rovnako motivovan\u00ed ako ja. Rovnako som o\u010dak\u00e1val workshopy, ktor\u00e9 n\u00e1s preved\u00fa svetom webovej analytiky.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Boli tieto o\u010dak\u00e1vania splnen\u00e9?<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Peter:<\/strong> \u201eJednozna\u010dne \u00e1no, mo\u017eno a\u017e prekro\u010den\u00e9. Prezent\u00e1cie boli ve\u013emi p\u00fatav\u00e9, no hlavne sa mi p\u00e1\u010dili n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 workshopy, kde sme si mohli aj prakticky vysk\u00fa\u0161a\u0165 to, \u010do sa v ten de\u0148 preberalo. \u010co sa social programu t\u00fdka, mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee sa kolekt\u00edv celkovo viac stmelil a splnilo to tak svoj \u00fa\u010del.\u201d<\/li>\n<li><strong>Veronika:<\/strong> \u201eAle aj napriek tomu, \u017ee som nemala predstavu o tom, \u010do od toho o\u010dak\u00e1va\u0165, m\u00f4\u017eem poveda\u0165, \u017ee ma ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148 nie\u010do milo prekvapilo. \u010ci u\u017e v komunik\u00e1cii s \u013eu\u010fmi, alebo prostred\u00edm, ak\u00e9 tam bolo a ak\u00e9 n\u00e1m aj oni ako hostitelia pripravili. Vedela som u\u017e prv\u00fd de\u0148, \u017ee ma t\u00e1to sk\u00fasenos\u0165 pos\u00fava \u010falej v jazyku, v nov\u00fdch vedomostiach a prekon\u00e1van\u00ed komfortnej z\u00f3ny. :))\u201d<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mayo:<\/strong> \u201eJednozna\u010dne boli. Cel\u00e1 skupina bola skvel\u00e1, priate\u013esk\u00e1 a vyzeralo to, ako by sme sa poznali roky. S\u00fa to \u013eudia, ktor\u00ed vedia \u010do chc\u00fa, a preto bolo super z\u00e1\u017eitkom sa s nimi bavi\u0165 o profesion\u00e1lnych veciach, ako aj vo\u013eno\u010dasov\u00fdch. Rick predviedol skvel\u00fa robotu za cel\u00fd t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 a zdie\u013eal s nami super inform\u00e1cie a insighty. Bolo skvel\u00e9 sledova\u0165 experta na digit\u00e1lnu analytiku, s akou \u013eahkos\u0165ou vie predn\u00e1\u0161a\u0165 komplikovan\u00e9 veci a e\u0161te v anglickom jazyku tak, aby sme tomu v\u0161etci d\u00f4kladne porozumeli. Ja osobne som nemal s angli\u010dtinou \u017eiaden probl\u00e9m a rozumel som v\u0161etk\u00e9mu. Takisto som mal mo\u017enos\u0165 rozpr\u00e1va\u0165 sa aj s Rickom a in\u00fdmi \u013eu\u010fmi z Maxlead, ktor\u00ed mi porozpr\u00e1vali o z\u00e1ujmov\u00fdch veciach, ako oni pracuj\u00fa, napr\u00edklad na atribu\u010dn\u00fdch modeloch a met\u00f3dach ich nastavenia. Ve\u013emi zauj\u00edmav\u00e1 vec, a preto sa te\u0161\u00edm na nadch\u00e1dzaj\u00faci t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148, kde dan\u00fa problematiku budeme prebera\u0165.\u201d<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tom\u00e1\u0161:<\/strong> \u201eJednozna\u010dne, dokonca aj viac ako splnen\u00e9. :)\u201d<\/li>\n<li><strong>Luk\u00e1\u0161:<\/strong> \u201eRealita prekro\u010dila o\u010dak\u00e1vania. Z prv\u00e9ho t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a projektu som odch\u00e1dzal so \u0161tipkou melanch\u00f3lie, ako i s narastaj\u00facou motiv\u00e1ciou. Rovnako aj workshopy boli v\u00fdborne zvl\u00e1dnut\u00e9 a odniesol som si z nich kopu vlastn\u00fdch pozn\u00e1mok i kopu vedomost\u00ed.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Keby si mal nap\u00edsa\u0165 jednu my\u0161lienku, \u010do \u0165a najviac oslovila, ktor\u00e1 by to bola?<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Peter:<\/strong> \u201eGary Vaynerchuk a jeho: Marketers Ruin Everything. &#x1f600; Tohto \u201et\u00fdpka\u201c som si vyh\u013eadal na youtube a napozeral som si od neho u\u017e dos\u0165 ve\u013ea vide\u00ed, ur\u010dite stoj\u00ed za to\u2026\u201d<\/li>\n<li><strong>Veronika:<\/strong> \u201eMo\u017eno ani nie tak my\u0161lienka, ale sk\u00f4r ma zaujal tak\u00fd nov\u00fd poh\u013ead na digit\u00e1lny marketing, na to v\u0161etko, \u010do obsahuje, s \u010d\u00edm som sa predt\u00fdm a\u017e tak do h\u013abky nestretla. A \u00faplne inak sa pozer\u00e1m teraz aj na webov\u00e9 str\u00e1nky.\u201d<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mayo:<\/strong> \u201eVytvorenie digit\u00e1lnej akad\u00e9mie! Pre\u010do? Lebo bolo pr\u00edjemn\u00e9 vidie\u0165 \u013eud\u00ed z r\u00f4znych kraj\u00edn schopn\u00fdch spolu robi\u0165, komunikova\u0165, pom\u00e1ha\u0165 si a rovnako sa aj zabavi\u0165. Ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1 svoj origin\u00e1lny background a sk\u00fasenosti. Preto je skvel\u00e9 vidie\u0165 \u013eud\u00ed zdie\u013ea\u0165 svoje sk\u00fasenosti, aby ostatn\u00ed mohli napredova\u0165. Pod\u013ea m\u0148a v tom prvom t\u00fd\u017edni rezonovala t\u00e1to my\u0161lienka vytvorenia medzin\u00e1rodnej akad\u00e9mie. Nikto nevedel, \u010do \u010daka\u0165 a osobne si mysl\u00edm, \u017ee to pred\u010dilo v\u0161etky o\u010dak\u00e1vania a bolo to po ka\u017edej str\u00e1nke geni\u00e1lne.\u201d<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tom\u00e1\u0161<\/strong>: \u201eMarketing is a terribly misunderstood subject in business circles and in the public\u2019s mind.
